What has happened the past days in Italy (and also in other European countries) 
was so beautiful, so heart-filling ...
There already was a demonstration for peace in Pal*stine the week before,
that started after the dockworkers in several harbours refused to load and unload ship bringing arms to Is*ael.
But after the Flotilla that headed for G*za was stopped,
everywhere in Italy people filled the streets, in the middle of the night, to protest.
Then 2 days later, on Friday, there was a general strike for Gaz*, 
the 'flotilla of the land'
with 2 million protestors in more than 100 cities
and the following day, Saturday
there were new protests, now centered in the biggest cities,
with 1 million protesters in Rome alone ..

Firemen participated.

Even the police participated. They are not allowed to strike, but after their shift, they walked with the protesters, still in work gear.

And this is a car of the carabinieri (military police).

The prime minister and the rest of the government are fuming,
because this is of course,
in the first place an attack and an appeal to them.

So proud for this to happen!
